Bea is a lovely friendly girl. She has had some training, but will need to continue with that in her new home. She has lived with young adults, Guinea Pigs and another larger dog. She was previously house trained. Has travelled in cars before using a seat belt. We think she will make a great pet in a range of different homes. She still has a lot of the playful puppy in her and will be great fun to watch her grow and mature into the fine dog she can become. We are looking for a home for Winnie with a terrier-experienced owner where she will definitely need to be the only pet. Winnie would be great in a family environment but we think she’d be best suited to a home with older children only. Winnie has been so badly mistreated in her previous life. She’s such a great little character and she now deserves a very special home. We’d love Winnie to go to her new home this Christmas but she has to have an operation to rebuild her jaw. We can’t show you all her injuries as they are too horrible. ** Winnie had her operation on 10 December and is now back in kennels waiting for a new home or foster home ** We have five 3-month-old border terrier/collie cross pups, 4 girls and 1 boy, looking for loving homes. Young Bronson is a real character; affectionate and playful, he is just full of life and wants to be involved in everything. Bronson is such a likeable lad; with a regular training and exercise regime (training classes would be great for him), and a stable home life, he has the potential to be a fantastic family pet Lucky can be slightly nervous when she first meets new people but she soon comes round when she's given some tasty treats! We have no information at all about Lucky's former life; she walks nicely on the lead, knows the command 'sit' and seems to be a very playful, affectionate girl. Sweet and gentle Ruby only came into our care very recently and we have no inforamtion at all about her previous life. However, she has shown herself to be a very nice-natured, affectionate dog who is eager to please. Friendly Mika is always ready for a walk or a run around the play area. This lively youngster is just a year old and full of energy, and now needs an active owner who will be able to give her the exercise she needs. Mika is a clever girl; she already knows the command ‘sit’ and responds very well to treats and verbal praise. She was severely undernourished when she was brought to us by one of our Inspectors and she still needs to gain some weight. We have no history at all about Mika’s background but she has behaved well with other dogs that she’s met on site. Because of her size and bounciness we shall be recommending a home with older children only. |
