Booking Form - Returning Customers

Thank you for your booking enquiry. Please check our opening times when calculating the booking drop off and collection times. We open 8:30-11am most mornings and 2-6pm most afternoons. We close between 11am and 2pm. We close Wednesday and Sunday and Bank Holiday afternoons. Please see our opening times for more detail.​

Our new online login booking system for existing customers will allow you to see what bookings you already have with us and enables you to add further bookings. Contact us for your unique login details .[email protected]

If you have not received a booking acknowledgement or email reply within 48 hours, please phone us to confirm that we have received your request. Thank you.

In person:

Call in during our opening hours and discuss your needs in person and take a tour of the facilities.

​Confirmation:

Once a booking has been made, we can send an acknowledgement form. This can be sent by email, post or given in person. The acknowledgement form has a unique booking number and shows the details of your pet's stay. Let us know if you wish to have an acknowledgement for a booking you have made.

​Payment:

We have facilities to accept cash or credit card. We can accept payment by card over the phone. If you would prefer to make a payment on-line we can provide you with the payment details.
