Call in during our opening hours and discuss your needs in person and take a tour of the facilities.
Once a booking has been made, we can send an acknowledgement form. This can be sent by email, post or given in person. The acknowledgement form has a unique booking number and shows the details of your pet's stay. Let us know if you wish to have an acknowledgement for a booking you have made.
We have facilities to accept cash or credit card. We can accept payment by card over the phone. If you would prefer to make a payment on-line we can provide you with the payment details. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and hope to see you and your pet soon.
