Call in during our opening hours and discuss your needs in person and take a tour of the facilities.
The information we will ask you:
Your name, address and home phone number.
An emergency contact number for while you are away.
An email address (if you would like the acknowledgement form sent by email - see below)
Your pet's name, age, sex, breed and colour.
If your pet is neutered/spayed and if they are microchipped (with your microchip number).
Your pet's Vet and details of any medical history we might need to be aware of.
What your pet normally eats and how often. Details of any medication that needs to be given with dose and frequency.
If you have more than one pet, do you want them to share or be housed separately.
We will also ask you to check that your vaccination certificate is in date and (for dogs) that it includes the vaccination for kennel cough. We will need to see your certificate when your pet is dropped off.
Once a booking has been made, we can send an acknowledgement form. This can be sent by email, post or given in person. The acknowledgement form has a unique booking number and shows the details of your pet's stay. Let us know if you wish to have an acknowledgement for a booking you have made.
We have facilities to accept cash or credit card. We can accept payment by card over the phone. If you would prefer to make a payment on-line, we can provide you with the payment details. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and hope to see you and your pet soon.
