Nina German Shepherd Est 6/7yrs

30/1/2020

Nina is lovely German Shepherd. She was found as a stray with no microchip, so we know nothing about her before she came here. She is a classic German Shepherd - once she has decided you are her friend, she will do anything for you. She came in with problems with her coat and a couple of sores. Her coat is much improved. She is looking for home who understands German Shepherds and can help her enjoy the second part of her life to the full.

Rory Border Collie 3yrs

30/1/2020

Anyone who loves collies will love Rory! Gentle, quiet and affectionate, Rory is an ex-farm collie who has previously lived with other dogs, cats and chickens. He hasn't lived with children as far as we know but we can see no problem in that regard.
Rory really is a star so we are looking for a home for him in a quiet, rural location, with an active, collie-experienced owner who will help him reach his full potential.

Rosie Crossbreed 5yrs

30/1/2020

Rosie is a friendly, affectionate and happy girl who loves meeting people and being made a fuss of. Rosie has previously lived with other dogs and children of all ages. She apparently does not like cats! Rosie walks nicely on the lead, knows the command 'sit' and has been friendly towards other dogs she has met on site.

We are looking for an owner for Rosie who is experienced with the bulldog-type breeds and familiar with its characteristics and potential medical problems. Rosie is currently on medication for ear and skin problems. Both are showing significant signs of improvement, but Rosie will need to be monitored by her new owner to ensure she stays healthy, and they must be prepared to pay for any further medication she may need. She is also booked to be neutered.

Dizzy 14yr old Parsons Jack Russell Terrier

27/1/2020

Dizzy is a 14 year old Parsons Jack Russell Terrier. She is a great fun little character. She is looking for a home with a nice soft and comfortable place to sleep and someone who can take for a couple of walks a day. She loves routine and company. She has previously lived with other dogs. Dizzy has a chronic lung condition, but doesn't currently need any medication for it. In time she may need steroid tablets to help her. For this reason we are looking for a non-smoking home for her. If you can give Dizzy the retirement home she deserves, please ring us.
